B2EN targets public-sector and large-enterprise markets with HYPERGLORY RAG platform

B2EN is strengthening its AI market push with the HYPERGLORY retrieval-augmented generation platform.

In an Electronic Times interview, Intelligent Information Technology Research Director Jang Doo-won said, “B2EN has long addressed where enterprise data is created, how it is refined and managed, and the standards for its use. That experience directly informed our RAG design,” emphasizing HYPERGLORY's prospects.

Many RAG solutions already exist. B2EN says HYPERGLORY's fundamental distinction is its platform architecture rather than isolated features.

Jang explained, “Our key distinction is treating RAG as an architecture controlling the entire lifecycle—data management, inference, validation and operation—not simply a tool linking retrieval and generation.”

Designed for public institutions and large enterprises, HYPERGLORY focuses on on-premises and isolated networks, security and permissions, separate domain-specific LLM operation and explainability.

The platform also has real-world deployments.

Since last April, B2EN has carried out a Mongolia customs chatbot and augmented search demonstration using server AI chips under NIPA's overseas expansion program. The chatbot takes import/export item descriptions and recommends HS codes with explanations based on regulations and past cases.

Jang said, “The project demonstrated RAG's suitability for national administration. Through NIPA's support, we gained not only technical proof but also experience collaborating with overseas public agencies, localizing and operating the system.”

He added, “Combining HYPERGLORY with NPU infrastructure created the first Korean-NPU AI service deployment in an overseas public agency. NPUs reduced latency in large-scale inference and improved cost and power efficiency by more than 20%. Domain-specific RAG, LLMs and NPUs together raised the platform's maturity.”

Building on Mongolia, B2EN is pursuing expansion to other customs authorities and overseas public institutions.

Jang said, “We are preparing additional customs PoCs and plan to expand cooperation in the Middle East and Africa. RAG is especially powerful in customs, administration and regulation, where complex rules and specialist knowledge matter. HYPERGLORY aims to become a global standard for public AI services.”
